Human Right

We, the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) are rising up to the challenge in defense of the general mass (The Banyarwanda) to advocate for the freedom of thought, association, and religion for all Rwandans. Every person, Rwandans inclusive, is entitled to the rights promulgated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and other international conventions.
